In 2004, Quality Masonry was the winner of the Governor's Excellence in Worker's Compensation Award.  Of the more than 283,000 employers in Ohio, QMC was one of the six first-rate organizations chosen to receive this prestigious award.

This award recognizes businesses and public employers who provide safe workplaces for their employees, while supporting their injured workers.  Recipients of this award have made a serious commitment to workplace safety.   

Downtown Ohio and Heritage Ohio announced Linn School and Quality Masonry Company, Inc. as the winner of the 2004 Annual Award for Best Rehabilitation Project. This award is presented to an organization, group or individual restoring the facade and interior of a historic building for a new use.

The Ohio Historic Preservation Office also announced Linn School as the winner of The Preservation Merit Award which is for preserving Ohio's prehistory, history, architecture, or culture. Eligible projects include restoring, rehabilitating, or otherwise preserving an important building or site, longtime stewardship of a property, promoting protective legislation, funding preservation projects, offering leadership, support or service and furthering preservation at the local, regional or state level.
